This is our take on a popper or armadillo egg. Jalapeños stuffed with cheese and wrapped with bison burger – delicious and so easy!
- Ground bison
- Jalapeño peppers cored
- Pepper jack cheese sticks
- Montana Outlaw BBQ Beef Rub
- Core/remove seeds from jalapeños.
- Place pepper jack cheese inside jalapeño, wrap with ground bison.
- Season with a heavy coat of Montana Outlaw BBQ Beef Rub.
- Place on grill at 250°-300°, until the internal temp reaches 160° (approx 1-1.5 hours).
