We’re always in the mood for seafood!  Not only does this salt & pepper shrimp taste phenomenal, but it’s also quick to make.

Salt & Pepper Shrimp

Course Appetizer, Main Course


  • Large shrimp
  • 1/2 c parsley
  • 1/2 c oil we used sunflower oil
  • 1/3 c dry sherry
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime about 2 limes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper


  • Peel and devein shrimp.
  • Coat shrimp with olive oil.
  • Grill shrimp at 350° for about 5 minutes (until they turn pink/orange).
  • Meanwhile, combine parsley, oil, sherry, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat.
