Chicken Wings
These chicken wings are simple to make and come out crispy everytime!
Smoker
Grill
Cast iron skillet
- Chicken Wings
- Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub
- Olive oil
- Canola or vegetable oil
- Memphis-style BBQ sauce (we used Lillie's Hot Smokey Barbeque Sauce)
Toss chicken wings in olive oil and Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub until evenly coated
Smoke wings unitl internal temperature reaches 170°
Heat canola or vegetable oil in cast iron skillet
Fry wings in batches until skin is golden brown and crispy
Toss in memphis-style BBQ sauce and serve with blue cheese, carrots and celery
