  • Skillet/Griddle

Ingredients

  • Eye of round
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  • Slice into 1 inch steaks.
  • Sear on griddle (or in hot skillet), top with butter.
  • Continue to cook until internal temp reaches 135°.
