Montana Outlaw BBQ Beef Rub
Onion

Instructions
Heat oil in pan and sear all sides of eye or round.
Set meat aside, season all sides with Montana Outlaw BBQ Beef Rub.
In same pan used to brown meat, saute onions, carrots, and celery.
Add roast back to pan.
Add red wine and enough water to reach mid-height of the roast.
Cover the pan and bake at 350° for 2 hours, 15 minutes.
