Salt & Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients
Large shrimp

parsley

dry sherry

fresh lime
about 2 limes

sea salt

fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Peel and devein shrimp.
Coat shrimp with olive oil.
Grill shrimp at 350° for about 5 minutes (until they turn pink/orange).
Meanwhile, combine parsley, oil, sherry, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat.
