Ground bison
Jalapeño peppers
cored
Pepper jack cheese sticks
Montana Outlaw BBQ Beef Rub
Instructions
Core/remove seeds from jalapeños.
Place pepper jack cheese inside jalapeño, wrap with ground bison.
Season with a heavy coat of Montana Outlaw BBQ Beef Rub.
Place on grill at 250°-300°, until the internal temp reaches 160° (approx 1-1.5 hours).
