We’ve done all the prep work, just heat it in the oven for 20 minutes and you have a dinner centerpiece.  This elegant main dish features an expertly seasoned center cut beef tenderloin from Marbled Meats, wrapped in prosciutto, mushroom duxelles then a buttery puff pastry.  Serves 4 – 6 people.  Available in both Angus and Waygu options. Comes completely assembled and wrapped, all you have to do is cook the puff pastry until it is golden – we’ll include the simple instructions to finish.
