Re-Heat Instructions:
Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days before cooking.
- Remove from plastic wrap.
- Brush on egg yolk wash and place on cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Put in the oven at 390 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until puff pastry is golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes prior to serving.
- Slice across the width, and serve.
Serves approximately 4 people.
