Re-Heat Instructions:

Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days before cooking.

  1. Remove from plastic wrap.
  2. Brush on egg yolk wash and place on cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Put in the oven at 390 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until puff pastry is golden.
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes prior to serving.
  5. Slice across the width, and serve.

Serves approximately 4 people.
