  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

Glazed Grilled Salmon

  • Soak cedar planks in water for 30 min.
  • Trim thin areas of fillets away to until you get a uniform thickness, this helps with an even cook.

  • Roll 2 asparagus together with 1 piece of bacon.
  • Lightly season with Montana Outlaw BBQ Pork Rub.
  • Place in smoker with salmon for 10-15 min.

Glaze

  • Combine the brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and garlic in mixing bowl.
  • Brush glaze onto salmon and bacon wrapped asparagus.
