Ingredients
  

  • chicken wings
  • Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub
  • Sriracha honey sauce recipe below
  • Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce
  • Korean BBQ sauce
  • Teriyaki sauce recipe below

Instructions
 

  • Place wings in a bag and season with Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub. Seal and shake to coat with seasoning evenly.
  • Smoke wings at 300° for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
  • Coat with the sauce of our choice and return to the smoker for approximately 10 minutes to set the glaze.

Sriracha Honey Wing Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Sriracha
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seed oil

Teriyaki Wing Sauce

Course Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Ingredients
  

  • chicken wings
  • Big Poppa Smokers Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning
  • Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken Rub
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 bag Kosmos Q Kickin' Cajun Wing Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Season in a bowl with Jallelujah seasoning and Montana Outlaw BBQ Chicken rub in a bowl, toss to coat.
  • Smoke wings at 300° for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
  • Combine flour and Kosmos Q Kickin' Cajun Wing Seasoning.
  • Toss wings in flour mixture.
  • Fry in canola oil heated to 350°, until wings are golden brown
