We seem to eat tacos a lot. They’re so easy, everyone likes them and there are hundreds of variations so they are never boring. Plus, they pair VERY nicely with a beer or a margarita. This time we tried mixing citrus and spicy flavors in with the meat as it cooked. When we started cooking it, we weren’t quite sure how it was going to turn out because we’ve never tried this way before. Spoiler alert: it turned out delicious. We used our new Traeger Ironwood and everytime we use it we’re more and more impressed. The temperature control is undeniably awesome! This is our most recent taco concoction. Let us know if you try it out and what you think!
